A public lecture will be delivered by Finnish photographer Sanni Seppo on the role and responsibility of documentary photography in contemporary society, describing the potential of photographic stories to reveal the burning issues and act as a catalyst of change.
After the lecture, there will be an opportunity for up to 16 participants to have their personal photographic portfolio or project reviewed. Participants will receive feedback and suggestions on how to improve their skills and refine their photographic vision in order to develop as a photographer and be able to tell comprehensive stories.
Participants are asked to bring their project or a portfolio that reflects their area of interest. While prints are preferred, digital images can also be reviewed.
Sanni Seppo, maximum 8 participants (in English and Finnish, Estonian and Russian interpretation can be arranged if requested sufficiently in advance).
Annika Haas, maximum 8 participants (in Estonian and English).
